米非司酮对早期人妊娠绒毛ICE、Fas表达的影响

摘要 应用免疫组化法结合计算机图像分析检测(ICE、Fas)在人早期妊娠绒毛组织中的表达以及米非司酮的影响。结果发现两种基因的蛋白表达产物在早期妊娠绒毛各组成细胞中均有表达,合体滋养细胞为主,ICE表现为细胞浆阳性着色,Fas以细胞浆阳性为主,部分表现为膜或全细胞阳性,核为主。应用米非司酮2天后,各绒毛组分ICE表达增强,但无统计学意义差异(P>0.05),Fas表达明显增强,以核为主的全细胞阳性比例显著增加(P<0.01)。提示米非司酮终止早期妊娠可能是通过增强Fas表达,促进细胞凋亡来实现的。 ICE and Fas expression in early pregnant villi and its changes following mifepristone ad-ministration were detected by immunohistochemical method and image analysis. During early pregnancy,ICE and Fas were expressed in all component chorionic cells, syncytiotrophoblasts was dominant, ICEstained cytoplasma, Fas stained cytoplasma too, in partial trophoblastic cells, Fas expressed on membraneand nucleus .Villi from the pregnant women who received mifepristone 2 days, expression of Fas was in-creased markely, the ratio of positive nuclear staining cells were rised significantly, but the immunostainingintensity of ICE was increased lightly. These results suggested that mifepristone terminated early pregnan-cy may via increasing expression of Fas and promoting apoptosis in chorionic villi.
