摘要
本文研究用卡尔曼滤波技术分辨重叠荧光光谱,作谱峰相近的多组份分析。采用合成数据测定了峰高、峰位置及噪声对结果的影响。S/N=50时,可分辨仅相隔3nm的重叠峰。用1ppm苯酚与间苯二酚混合液进行试验,对两者的荧光光谱重叠信号处理结果甚好,经一定次数运算后,浓度估计值趋于定值,两者测定误差小于10%。
This paper studies the application of Kalman filter in resolving fluorescence spectra,to do multicomponent analysis of overlapped peaks.The influence of peak height,peak position and noise are investigated using synthetic data.When S/N=50,the overlapped peaks only 3nm apart can be resolved.The experimental results for resolving overlapped signals of 1 ppm phenol/1,3 hydroxybenzene system are satisfactory.After several operations,the estimated concentration values tend to be constant.Their measurement error is less than 10%.
