摘要
资源型城市转型是我国老工业基地改造的重要内容。文章提出了建设创新型城市是资源型城市转型必然选择的观点;论证了资源型城市建设创新型城市的重要性;提出了建设创新型城市的创新体系,并构建了评价指标体系。
Resource -based urban transformation of China＇s old industrial bases is an important part of transformation. The paper proposed building an innova-tive city is an inevitable choice in transition. The importance of building an innovative city was demon-strated. Finally, proposed building an innovative city＇s innovation system and the evaluation index sys-tem.
