摘要
房地产市场不能完全由市场对社会住房供给与社会需求进行优胜劣汰,将买不起房的低收入家庭淘汰出市场之外,廉租房制度作为住房保障体系的重要组成部分,由政府介入住房市场通过相关法律的制定和实施,来解决市场无法解决的问题,它对解决低收入家庭的住房问题发挥着积极的作用。我国的廉租房制度建设由于实施时间不长,尚处于初级阶段,立法层次不高,廉租房的制度建设缺乏有力的法律支持。本文对我国廉租房制度的现状及存在的问题进行了阐述和分析,提出了完善我国廉租房法律制度的一些建议。
The low-rent huosing security system as an important component of the system by the government to intervene related to the housing market through the de-velopment and implementation of the law, to resolve the problems what market can not solve ,solve its housing problems of low-income families to play an active role. China's low -rent housing construction of the system due to the time not long, is still at the initial stage of a legislative level is not high, low -rent housing system for the building of the lack of effective legal support. This paper analyze China's low-cost system of the present situation and existing problems, and put forward some suggestion on the legal system of China's low-rent Housing .
