摘要
本文通过对构建和实施重庆制造业自主创新战略的重要意义以及重庆制造业自主创新现状和企业自主开发能力的分析,指出了制约重庆制造业自主创新能力提升所存在的主要问题,并在此基础上提出了提升重庆制造业自主创新能力的对策建议。
