摘要
在金融全球化的背景下,我国银行业进入了WTO框架下的全面开放历程,由此开始了外资金融机构参股中小银行的热潮。本文对外资参股中小银行带来的问题及影响进行了剖析,提出中小银行应对外资参股的策略。
With the financial glo balization, China＇s banking indus-try has entered into a full liber-alization process under WTO, which has resulted in foreign-funded fi-nancial institutions participating in the small and medium banks. The paper analyzes the problems brought by the foreign equity participation on the small and medium banks and puts forward a series of strategy.
