摘要
本文分析了广州生物医药产业集群发展在吸聚力、资本投入、自主创新、成果产业化、管理机制等方面存在的问题,提出了重点发展广州科学城、广州国际生物岛等集群区域,通过加强政府规划引导、扩大资本融通渠道、积极培育龙头企业和新创企业,营造创新文化氛围、紧固产业链联系、提升国际化水平以促进集群发展。
This article analyzed major problems of Gu angzhou bio-medical industrial cluster concerning at-tractive gathering strength, capital input, indepen-dent innovation, industrialization of research find-ings, management mechanism. It proposed that Guangzhou Science City and Guangzhou International Biology Is-land should be taken as the key areas to be developed forcefully. It also put forward some main countermea-sures to promote development such as strengthening the government planning and guidance, expanding financing channel, cultivating the leading enterprise and the newly creation enterprise, building innovation culture atmosphere, stepping up industrial chain relation, im-proving internationalization level and so on.
