生脉注射液辅助治疗溃疡性结肠炎50例 被引量：3

摘要 [目的]探讨生脉注射液在溃疡性结肠炎(UC)治疗中的应用。[方法]选取住院治疗的轻、中度UC患者100例,随机分为2组,对照组予美沙拉嗪1.0 g,3次/d口服,治疗组在此基础上加用生脉注射液50 ml加入5%葡萄糖250 ml 1次/d静脉滴注,2周后观察治疗效果。[结果]2组患者治疗2周后症状均明显改善,总有效率治疗组为94.0%、对照组80.0%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后均未发现严重不良反应。[结论]美沙拉嗪口服联合生脉注射液治疗UC疗效显著。
