摘要
在用荧光X射线能谱对Cu-Zn合金的成分进行分析时,采用Kα峰进行浓度计算,Kβ峰进行峰的重叠法效果良好,提高了分析结果的准确性和可信度。
The fluorescent X-ray spectrum of Cu-Zn alloy components analysis, the use of Kα concentrations of peaks, Kβ-to-ef- fective method of duplication, improves the analysis of the accuracy and credibility.
