摘要
以α萘酚和对氨基苯磺酸重氮盐的快速串并联反应作为工作反应,研究了搅拌槽内加料方式对反应选择性的影响.结果发现物料液流以正对桨叶、离桨叶距离较近以及用多孔管分散加在桨叶区选择性最好.
The influence of feed methods on the reaction selectivity in stirred tank is studied.Experiments reported here refer to the rapid azocoupling between α-naphthol and diazotised sulphanilic acid.Τhe experimental results show that the best feed position is near to the turbine tip in its discharge stream and the feed stream is just toward the turbine.Employing a feed distributor with multiple nozzles can increase the productivity.
