摘要
目的分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症原因和防治方法。方法回顾性分析10例腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症的临床资料。结果腹腔出血3例,黄疸2例,胆漏3例,肝外胆管横断2例。结论不同类型的并发症应采取正确妥善的处理,良好的预防是减少并发症的关键。
Objective To analyze the cause of complications of lapamscopic choleeysteetomy and the prevention. Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the clinical data of 10 eases with complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Results Abdominal hemorrhage was found in 3 cases, jaundice in 2 cases, bile leakage in 3 cases and extrahepatic bile duct transsection in 2 cases. Conclusion ComplicatiOns of different types should be treated correspondently and properly, and prevention is the key point to decreace the occurrence of complications.
