摘要
目的探讨Ⅲ期贲门癌选择性动脉灌注化疗后手术切除的治疗方法。方法选择Ⅲ期贲门癌23例,术前行"顺铂100mg+氟尿嘧啶1000mg+吡柔比星50mg"胃左动脉灌注化疗,3～4周后行贲门癌切除术。结果动脉灌注化疗后临床症状缓解;手术中局部组织无明显水肿及粘连;手术后顺利恢复出院。结论选择性胃左动脉灌注化疗3～4周后手术切除,是治疗Ⅲ期贲门癌的有效方法。
Objective To discuss the surgical treatment following the selective arterial infusion chemotherapy for patients with car- diac carcinoma at stage Ⅲ. Methods 23 cases with cardiac carcinoma at stage Ⅲ were given left gastric arterial infusion chemotherapy （ 100mg of Cisplatin ＋ 1000mg of Fluorouracil ＋ 50mg of Pirarubicin）, and 3 to 4 weeks later, cardiac carcinoma resections were performed. Results The clinical symptoms were relieved after the arterial infusion chemotherapy, no obvious edema and adhesion in local tissues were found during the operation; all the patients discharged from hospital with good recovery after operation. Conclusion It is of good effect to perform resections 3 to 4 weeks after arterial infusion chemotherapy for patients with cardiac carcinoma at stage Ⅲ.
