摘要
目的探讨12导动态心电图与常规心电图ST-T的差别,为12导动态心电图(AECG)ST-T的诊断标准提供依据。方法检测对象共600人用常规心电图(RECG)的连接方式和12导动态心电图的连接方式分别描记心电图,然后比较两种连接方式心电图ST-T的差别。结果两种导联联接方式,ST段正常或改变基本一致的555例,一致率为92.5%,但AECG的ST改变较RECG显著;T波正常或改变基本一致的561例,一致率为94.8%;Q-Tc间期:两种连接方式均在正常范围内586例,一致率为97.5%。结论(1)两种联接方式,虽然ST段的一致率为92.5%,但AECG的ST改变较RECG显著,所以AECG的ST诊断标准应比RECG的ST诊断标准更为严格;(2)两种联接方式T波的一致率为94.8%差别较ST段小,在分析12导联AECG T波时,可适当考虑这一情况;(3)两种联接方式Q-Tc间期一致率为97.5%,可考虑使用同一诊断标准。
Objective To study the difference of ST-T parameters between 12 - lead dynamic electrocardiogram and routine electro- cardiogrm so as to provide proofs for the diagnozing standard for 12 - lead dynamic eleetrocardiogrm. Methods Both 12 - lead dynamic electrocardiogram and routine electrocardiogram were applied to 600 patients. and the difference of ST-T of both electrocardiograms was compared. Results 555 eases shared samilarity in normal ST or changed ST in both electrocardiograms with the consistent rate of 92.5% , but the change of ST in 12 - lead dynamic electrocardiogram was more significant than that in routine electrocardiogrm; 561 cases shared similarity in the normal T- wave or changed T- wave with the consistent rate of 94.8% ; 586 cases showed normal Q-Tc intervals in both electrocardiograms with consistent rate of 97.5 %. Conclusion ( 1 ) As the change of ST in 12 - lead electrocardiogram is greater than that in routine electrocardiogram even with the cosistent rate of 92.5 %, the diagnozing standard of ST in 12 - lead dynam- ic electrocardiogram should be stricter than that in routine electrocardiogram; (2) The consistent rate of T- wave in both electrocardio- - grams is 94.8 %, the difference is smaller than that of ST, which should be taken into consideration while making analysis of 12 - lead dynamic electrocardiogram; (3 ) The consistent rate of Q-Tc in both electrocardiograms is 97.5 %, the same diagnozing standard may be adopted.
