摘要
通过对无障碍设计理念的分析,从起源和内外部环境的无障碍设计方面进行了论述,说明了其对推动社会主义精神建设和培养全民公共道德素质等方面的重要作用,从而进一步推广无障碍设计。
Through the analysis of the barrier-free design ides, the paper discusses the origin and the barrier-free design of the external environment, shows its function to promote the socialist spiritual civilization construction.and cultivate the citizens＇ moral quality to further popularizates the barrier-free design.
