农药对河虾的急性毒性及其谷光甘肽转移酶(GSTs)的影响 被引量:9

摘要 采用半静态实验法,测定了农药对河虾24h的急性毒性。结果表明:毒死蜱、三唑磷、阿维菌素和氟虫腈的LC50值分别为0.0116、0.1371、0.5720、0.3563mg/L。4种复配农药,对河虾的毒性均表现为增效,其中毒死蜱·氟虫腈的增效最为明显,共毒系数为2011.47,而毒死蜱·阿维菌素的增效最不明显,共毒系数为296.89。经毒死蜱和氟虫腈亚致死质量浓度的处理,结果显示:GSTs酶比活力、Km和Vmax随着处理质量浓度和处理时间的增加而总体下降。 With the method of the semi-static test, the acute toxicity of the insecticides to Macrobrachium nipponensis was evaluated in 24 hour, the result showed that the LC50 value of the chlorpyrifos, criazophos, abamectin and fiproni were 0.0116, 0.1371, 0.5720 and 0.3563 mg/L, respectively. For the four complex insecticides, the synergism of the chlorpyrifos .fipronil to Macrobrachium nipponensis after 24 hours was the most obvious in the test, and the CTC was 2011.47. But synergism of chlorpyrifos.abamectin was just on the contrary, and the CTC was 296.89. With the sublethal doses of chlorpyrifos and fiproni treatment the result demonsrated that as the increase of the treatment time and concentration, the specific activity, Km value and Vmax value of GSTs decreased generally.
