概述了氯乙酸的生产和需求状况,列举了其在农药、医药等领域的应用,阐述了其生产方法,介绍了近10 a 来国内有关间歇式醋酸氯化法生产氯乙酸工艺的改进情况。分析了氯乙酸单耗高的主要原因,提出了从合成工艺、结晶工艺、物料回收及设备选用等方面降低单耗的若干措施并提出发展建议。
Production - and demand - situations of chloroacetic acid at home and abroad were described. Also the application of chloroacetic acid in agriculture, medicine etc. and its preparing methods were expatiated. The improvement of chloroactic acid process by batch chlorinated method in recent 10 a at home was introduced. The main causes about higher unit - consume of mono - chloroacetic acid was analyzed, and a number of methods on synthesis craft, crystallization section, reclaim of material and selection of equipment, etc. were proposed. The following suggestions on developing chloracetic acid in China were put forward.
