摘要
比较了不同内包装对运输过程中黄花梨的保护效果,以及运输结束后市售条件下对黄花梨品质的影响。并对市售条件下,黄花梨的颜色,硬度和果胶酶活性及果胶含量变化进行了检测。结果表明,运输过程中黄花梨在2~5Hz和15-20Hz波段存在功率谱(PSD)振动峰值。根据结果,网袋包装起到更好的减振作用,并能够更有效的降低黄花梨的机械损伤(P〈0.05)。这使得网袋包装可以更好的保持市售条件下,黄花梨的果皮颜色和果肉硬度,维持较低的果肉多聚半乳糖醛酸酶(PG)活性,从而减少了果胶分解。
This research was carried out to compare protective effects of different packagings (paperwrap and foam-net packages) on Huanghua pears (Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai cv. Huanghua) during transport and their influences on the quality of Huanghua pears in the subsequent commercialization after transport. Changes in color, firmness, pectinase activity, and pectin contents of pears were examined. The result showed that the power spectral density (PSD) of Huanghua pears with different inner packages were characterized by peaks in the 2-5 Hz and 15-20Hz range. The results suggested that choice of foam-net packages significantly reduced vibration intensity in transit and mechanical damages to pears (p〈0.05), which made the pears with foam-net packages have better skin color and flesh firmness, and keep lower activities of Polygalacturonase (PG) and higher contents of pectin in flesh.
