绿色乳猪饲料添加剂——抗菌肽制剂的研究和应用 被引量:3

摘要 抗菌肽作为一种抗生素替代品,对猪生长具有一定的促进作用,同时能抑制外来病原微生物对猪的侵染,又能维持猪肠内益生菌生态的平衡,提高猪自身的免疫力,提高猪肉品质。通过生物工程对抗菌肽的改造已经取得部分成果,抗菌肽在动物饲料中也有一定的应用,本文主要阐述了目前利用生物工程技术改进后,抗菌肽的最新研究进展和应用研究情况。
