摘要
给出了圆弧线叶形三叶罗茨风机的面积利用系数的计算,并且对理论流量、实际流量和容积效率进行了分析。算例说明,当径距比在1.35~1.6的范围内取值时,可获得较大的面积利用系数;当面积利用系数λ>0.322时,风机的容积效率η>0.85,有较好的流量特性。
The area utilization coefficient of three leaves Rools blower with arc leaf shape is calculated. The theoretical flow, actual flow and volume efficiency are analyzed. The example shows that the larger area utilization coeffieient can be obtained when the ratio of radius and center distance is at 1.35 - 1.6, and the volume efficiency is larger than 0.85 when the area utilization coefficient is larger than 0.322, and then the blower has better flow characteristics.
