摘要
以列联表形式计算熵函数,由熵函数值对国家气象中心发布的1996年汛期6月22日~8月7日5次暴雨过程降水数值预报(T63和HLAFS模式产品)进行评估,得到5种数值预报产品给江苏省各区域的雨量预报提供了0.1824bit~0.2914bit信息等结论。
Calculated with a constructed contingency table was entropy function, which was used for assessing five rainstorm forecasts (June 22 - August 7, 1996) as T63 and HLAFS model products issued by China National Meteorological Center (NMC), leading to as many numerical products that offered information of 0.182 4~0.291 4 bits for different regions of Jiangsu province in preparing rainfall prediction.
