摘要
2007年中央“一号文件”明确提出发展现代农业是社会主义新农村建设的重要内容，并对现代农业的含义做了明确阐述，即用现代的物质条件装备农业，用现代科学技术改造农业，用现代产业体系提升农业，用现代经营形式推进农业，用现代发展理念引领农业，用培养新型农民发展农业，提高农业水利化、机械化和信息化水平，提高土地产出率、资源利用率和农业劳动生产率，提高农民素质、效益和竞争力。实践中各地在都在探索实现农业现代化的途径，本文仅就沈阳市发展现代农业，推进社会主义新农村建设的做法进行总结和分析。
In 2007 the central committee ＂the first document＂ proposed explicitly the development modern agriculture is the socialism new rural reconstruction important content,and has made the explicit elaboration to the modern agriculture meaning, namely with the modern physical conditions equipment agriculture, with the modern science and technology transformation agriculture, with the modern industry system promotion agriculture, with the modern management form advancement agriculture,eagerly anticipates the agriculture with the modern development idea,develops the agriculture with the trained new peasant, enhances the farmland irrigation,the mechanization and the informationization level, enhances land yield rate, resources use factor and the agriculture labor productivity, improves the farmer quality, the benefit and the competitive power. In the practice each place is realizing the agriculture modernization way in all the exploration,this article only on the Shenyang development modern agriculture, the advancement socialism new rural reconstruction procedure carries on the summary and the analysis.
