摘要
[目的]分析近3年山东大学麻疹发病特征，为制定控制策略提供科学依据。[方法]对2005～2007年山东大学麻疹疫情资料进行分析。[结果]2005-2007年山东大学合计报告麻疹762例，年均发病率为4．18／10万。年均发病率城区与近郊为4．89／10万，远郊为3．44／10万（P〈0．01）。762例病例中，3～7月占64．70％，11～12月占20．47％；男性占56．56％，女性占43．44％；〈8月龄占17．19％，15-34岁占36．35％，35-69岁占6．56％；流动人口占9．97％；有麻疹疫苗免疫史的占14．44％；暴发疫情25起，发病127例。[结论]山东大学麻疹发病近几年呈上升趋势，存在局部暴发。
[Objective]The present study was conducted to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of the measles in Ji＇nan in recent three years in order to provide scientific basis for measles control. [Methods]The analysis was conducted on the data of measles incidence in Ji＇nan from 2005 to 2007. [Results]762 cases were reported during three years and the av- erage annual incidence was 4.18/100 000. The average annual incidence was 4.89/100 000 in urban districts and suburb, and 3.44/100 000 in the far suburb（P〈0. 01）. Among all the cases, the measles cases accounted for 64.70% from March to July, 20.47% from November to December. The male-cases accounted for 56.56% and female-cases accounted for 43.44%. Children aged under 8 months accounted for 17.19% ,the cases accounted for 36.35% and 6.56% among the people aged from 15 to 34 and 35 to 69. The floating population accounted for 9.97 %. Those who had immune history accounted for 14.44 %. Twenty-five outbreaks of measles involved 127 cases. [Conclusion]The incidence of measles in Ji＇nan in recent years showed a distinctly increasing tendency with local outbreak.
