摘要
[目的]了解地震灾区灾后卫生防病工作状况,为开展灾后卫生援助,为灾后重建提供可靠依据。[方法]2008年7月,在北川县小坝乡的乡中心卫生院、乡驻地及各村进行调查。[结果]小坝乡震后公共卫生资源受到严重破坏,环境卫生、饮水卫生、饮食卫生均存在一定隐患,目前尚未出现相关疾病的暴发疫情。[结论]灾后小坝乡的公共卫生状况急需改善。
[Objective]To know the status of environmental condition and disease prevention and control after a big earthquake disaster , provide reliable evidence for the sanitary aids and reconstructs after the big disaster. [Methods]In July, 2008,an whole investigation was carried on in public health centers,the township station and various villages of Xiaoba Township,Beiehuan county. [Results]The public health resources of Xiaoba Township after shakes were destructed seriously, there were some hidden dangers in environmental health ,the potable water and food hygiene,but the epidemic situation of the correlation disease did not yet appeare at present. [Conclusion]After the big disaster, the public health conditions of Xiaoba Township urgently need to be improved.
