摘要
目的:调查分析我院呼吸科门诊输液疗法中抗菌药物不合理使用情况。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对不合理的抗菌药物用药处方进行分析。结果:2706张静脉输液处方中,共有861张使用抗菌药物,其中不合理处方181张,占使用抗菌药物处方的21.03%。结论:呼吸科门诊静脉输液抗菌药物的合理使用,仍需进一步提高。
Objective：To investigate unreasonable use of antibacterial drugs for injection in respiratory outpatients in our hospital.Methods：With retrospective analysis methods the irrational antibiotic prescriptions were analyzed.Results：There were 861 prescriptions using antimicrobial drugs among 2 706 intravenous infusion prescriptions,with 181 unreasonable prescriptions,occupied 21.03%.Conclusion：The rational use of intravenous infusion about antibiotic drugs in respiratory outpatients still needs to be improved.
