摘要
目的:建立夏桑菊胶囊中熊果酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,VP-ODS C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),用甲醇-水-冰醋酸-三乙胺(95∶5∶0.3∶0.02)作流动相,流速1.0 mL·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长215 nm,进样量10μL,理论塔板数按熊果酸色谱峰计不低于6000。结果:熊果酸在0.2035-16.2788μg·mL-1与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9995,平均回收率为98.97%,RSD%=1.70%(n=5);结论:本方法简便,准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为夏桑菊胶囊中熊果酸的含量测定方法。
Objective： To establish HPLC method for determination of uroslic acid in Xiasangju capsule. Methods： The chromatographic conditions consisted of VP-ODS C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm） with the mobile phase of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid-triethylamine（95：5：0.3：0.02） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1, column temperature was 30 ℃, the determination wavelength was 215 nm and sample size was 10μL, number of theoretical plates were less than 6000. Results： Ursolic acid showed a good linearity at the range of 0.2035-16.2788 μg·min^-1,r=0.9995, average recovery was 98.97%, RSD%= 1.70%（n=5）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate, high sensitive and good reproducibility, can be used as the method for determination of ursolic acid in Xiasangju Capsule.
