摘要 联合使用I-DEAS和MARC两个分析软件,采用三维有限元技术对在拉伸、弯曲复合载荷作用下的带应力释放槽钻杆的加厚过渡区进行系统力学分析,研究了应力释放槽对钻杆加厚过渡区应力集中的影响。结果表明,应力释放槽只有在弯曲载荷较大的情况下才起到应力释放作用。 The upset transition area of the drill pipe with stress relief groove was analyzed mechanically and systematically. It was done under the tensile load and bending load, and with two pieces of software: I - DEAS and MARC, using 3D finite element analysis. The effect of the stress relief groove on the upset transition area of the drill pipe was studied. The analytical result indicates that the stress relief groove will function only when the bending load is great enough.
