摘要
在A356.2铝合金车轮低压铸造过程中进行的应用试验表明,"20ppi"泡沫陶瓷过滤器的整流效应非常显著,能有效地解决铸面裂纹;由于除去了熔体中的大部分夹杂,使得工件抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率整体趋于稳定,避免了由于个别粗大夹杂引起力学性能的急剧降低;但"20ppi"泡沫陶瓷过滤器不能滤除比较细小的夹杂,所以不能提升抗拉强度和屈服强度的整体水平,不过个别粗大夹杂的滤出,对材料力学性能的改善仍就十分有利。
The purification mechanism of ceramic filter is as follows: obstruction, absorption and rectification effect. The foam ceramic filter exhibits excellent rectification effects in low pressure casting A356.2 aluminum alloy wheel, and the crack in the surface layer of the wheel can be greatly eliminated. In addition, the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of the wheel keep stable by means of the foam ceramic filter as a result of removing inclusions in aluminum melt, avoiding the sharp deterioration of mechanical properties of the alloy resulting from a few coarse inclusions. However, the tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy can not be obviously improved due to the existence of fine inclusion. It is beneficial for the improvement of mechanical properties of the wheel with the foam ceramic filter due to the removal of the coarse inclusion in aluminum melt.
