摘要
目的观察中药联合激光治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变Ⅳ期新生血管的疗效。方法将64例患者随机分为2组,治疗组33例61眼,对照组31例58眼;2组均行光凝治疗,治疗组同时加服滋阴凉血散瘀汤;观察2组患者新生血管萎缩情况及视力、视野的变化。结果2组患者新生血管萎缩及视力变化情况于3个月时差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在6和12个月时治疗组与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者视野阈值敏感度均下降,但治疗组视野显著好于对照组(1个月时P<0.05,12个月时P<0.01)。结论中药联合激光治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变,可使新生血管萎缩,防止或减少新生血管的产生,改善视力,减少视野损害。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with laser for the treatment of new vessels of stage IV diabetic retinopathy. METHODS Patients were classified into treatment group and control group, and the former group included 33 patients of 61 eyes while the later group included 31 patients of 58 eyes. Both groups were given photo-coagulation treatment, but Liangxue Sanyu decoction was additionally given to treatment group patients. RESULTS Ridit analysis showed that the visual acuity between the two group patients had no statistical difference after one month and three months of the treatment respectively （P 〉 0.05）, but the visual acuity of the patients in treatment group was statistically better than that of the control group patients after six months of the treatment （P 〈0.05） and twelve months of the treatment （ P 〈0.05）. The analysis of new vessels had no statistical difference between the two group patients after three months of the treatment （P 〉 0.05）, but the analysis of new vessels in treatment group patients was statistically better than the control group patients after six months of the treatment （P 〈0.05） and twelve months of the treatment （P 〈0.05）. CONSLUSIONS The combination of traditional Chinese medicine with laser had a better effect in treating new vessels of stage IV diabetic retinopathy compared with the traditional laser treatment, and it could effectively shrink the new vessels and prevent or reduce the presence of new vessels, and improve the visual acuity and visual field.
