摘要 临床上小垂体瘤越来越多见.常用的经蝶窦显微手术仍有许多缺点.因此,作者设计了经鼻蝶窦入路CT引导立体定向射频热凝损毁术以安全有效治疗小垂体瘤.在实验研究的基础上,临床上以该方法治疗12例小垂体瘤,操作简便安全,效果可靠满意,无长期并发症.探讨了适应症的选择和临床应用前景. Small pitutary tumors are more common in clinic. The Classical treatment is mi-cro-operation via trans-sphenoidal approach with some problems to be resolved. It is very neces-sary to search for a kind of method which makes operation safer, complications less and cost low-er. So we designed 'CT-guided stereotactic thermal destruction with radio-frenquency via en-donasal trans-sphenoidal approach for the Treatment of small pitutary tumors.' On the basis ofthe experimental research, we carried out the clinical study. 12 cases with small pitutary tumorswere treated with this kind of operation. The study showed that The type BH-2 radio-frequencycoagulation system is practical in the operative precedures. This method for the treatment of smalltumors (diameter<20 mm) localized in sella turcica, especially microadenomas is fairly safe andprovides better results with less complcations.
