摘要
介绍了有关国家或国际组织的不锈钢焊接材料标准概况,其中ISO标准分为两个型号体系,ISO的A体系以名义化学成分来命名型号,ISO的B体系以合金类型来命名型号。日本的不锈钢药芯焊丝和焊条标准分别于2007年、2008年同ISO标准中的型号体系B接轨;欧洲的焊接材料标准同ISO标准中的型号体系A一致,早已与ISO接轨了;到目前为止,美国尚未与ISO标准接轨。中国在2008年颁布了三个与ISO接轨的标准,但都是有色金属方面的焊条或焊丝。建议尽早完成不锈钢焊接材料与ISO标准的接轨。
The standards for stainless steel welding materials of concerned countries and International Standardization Organizations(ISO) were introduced.ISO standard is classified into two type systems.Welding material trademark is named according to the nominal composition in A type system of ISO and is named according to the alloy type in B type system of ISO.Stainless steel flux-cored wire standard and stainless steel electrode standard of Japan were jointed track with B type system of ISO in 2007 and 2008,respectively.Welding materials standards of Europe is consistent with A type system of ISO,which was linked up with ISO for a long time.So far,American standard isn't geared to ISO standard.In 2008,China issued three standards about nonferrous electrodes or wires,which are geared to ISO standard.It was recommended that stainless steel welding materials standard of China should be linked up with ISO standard as soon as possible.
