摘要
正态分布是绩效评估中的一种新的人力资源管理方法,这种方法可以减少平均主义的弊端。采用正态分布进行评估时被评估人应该基本从事相同内容的工作,评估人最好是本部门最了解所有被评估人绩效的领导。在实际绩效评估中使用正态分布会遇到的各种问题。所以,要分析当前的客观环境和企业发展的需要,要正确看待其在绩效评估中的作用,并在实际工作中加以优化调整。
The performance evaluation is a new human resources management in the normal distribution, which can reduce the disadvantages of egalitarianism. The person to be assessed should be the one engaged basically in the same work, and preferably the person to assess is to be the leader who knows best all the persons' performance to be assessed. In practice, the implementation of performance evaluation will encounter various problems. Therefore, it is necessary to present an objective analysis of the environment and the needs of enterprise development, the right perspective to evaluate the performances, and the optimization and adjustment in practical work.
