铝锰镁合金中镁和硅的快速分析

摘要 试样以碱性熔剂熔融,经稀盐酸酸化浸取、定容后,移取部分试液加酒石酸钾钠,三乙醇胺,铜试剂等掩蔽剂联合掩蔽铁、铝、锰及重金属等干扰元素后,用氨水调节pH10,以酸性铬蓝K—萘酚绿B为指示剂,用EDTA标准溶液滴定镁量,取得了较好的效果。用硅钼蓝光度法测定硅,分析硅结果也令人满意。 After the sample was molten with alkalic flux, acidified, leached and constant-volumed, part of test solution was taken, to which masking agents such as sodium-potassium tartrate, triethanolamine and copper reagent to adjust pH at 10 ,with acidic chrome blueness K-naphthol green B as indicators ,EDTA standard solution was used to titrate magnesium content, showing good result. The silicon-molybdenum blueness photometric method for the determination of silicon also brought about satisfactory result.
