摘要
福建省大田县硫铁矿利用原有设备,部分进行技改配置生产铅锌混合矿;并采用铅锌混合优先浮选流程,经过一年多生产实践,混合矿质量均达到国家标准;但铅、锌回收率低。通过改造选矿工艺流程、增加精选槽数、稳定原矿和加强磨矿细度控制等试验表明,铅。
Datian pyrite mine in Fujian processes Pb/Zn mixed concentrates by using the existing equipments of which some are innovated technologically. Though a year or more of productional practice in applying preferential flotation to the crude ore has made final mixed concentrates in accord with the state standard, comparatively low recovery of Pb and Zn was a problem to be solved. In this case, doubled efforts were extended to improvement in ore dressing technique, increase in float cells, guarntee on quality of the crude ores, and intensive control on fineness of grinding, such that recovery of Pb and Zn may keep above 92%.
