摘要 在煤矿技术快速发展的今天,随着生产机械设备的不断改进、更新,大功率的生产设备投入了煤矿高产高效的建设当中,在使用大功率设备的前提下,增大采煤机的滚筒截割深度,由原来采煤机配套使用的0.6 m截深的滚筒改为使用0.8 m的大截深滚筒,经过近几年的生产实践,收到良好的经济效益,使矿井生产能力由原来的160万t/a增加到190万t/a,节约了电费、人工费等费用,不仅提高了矿井的生产能力,还节约了各种费用的支出,达到了高产高效矿井。 The rapid development of technology in the coal mine today, with the production of machinery and equipment continue to improve, update, high - power production equipment in a coal mine construction of the high yield and high efficiency in the use of high - power equipment under the premise of increased coal mining the drum machine cutting depth, from shearer supporting the use of the 0.6 m deep cut to the use of the drum major cut 0.8 meters deep drum, after the production practice in recent years, received good economic returns, so that mine production capacity from 1.6 million tons/year to 1.9 million tons/year, saving electricity, the cost of fees, not only improve the productive capacity of the mine, but also a variety of cost - saving expenditure, to achieve a high yield and high efficiency mines.
