摘要
株冶锌Ⅰ硫酸系列124 kt/a锌冶炼烟气制酸装置采用空—填—电酸洗净化,ⅣⅠ-ⅢⅡ、"3+1"两转两吸工艺。分析了空塔循环酸管、填料塔、除汞塔、干吸工序水平衡等出现的问题并采取改进措施,改造后制酸装置运行稳定,生产指标基本达到设计值。
Zhuzhou Smelter＇s Zinc Ⅰ sulphuric acid system is a 124 kt/a zinc smelter acid plant that adopted a process of acid scrubbing cleaning with empty tower, packed tower and two-stage wet electrostatic precipitator and Ⅳ Ⅰ-Ⅲ Ⅱ,3 ＋ 1 double conversion and absorption. Problems with circulating acid tube of empty tower, packed tower, mercury removal tower and water balance in drying and absorption section were analyzed and improvement measures were taken. After that, the sulphuric acid plant operated smoothly with most of production index reaching design values.
