摘要
利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对桥式起重机的实腹式和空腹式箱形梁的应力与变形情况进行了分析计算,得到了2种形式的箱形梁在一定条件下均可以满足强度与刚度的要求;通过对计算结果进行比较,分析实腹式与空腹式箱形梁的各自的优缺点,对今后桥式起重机主梁结构设计提供有益的参考。
Based on ANSYS finite element analysis software, the paper analyzes and calculates stress and strain of hollow and solid box girders from for overhead traveling crane, and obtains two types of box girders which meet stress and stiffness requirements under certain conditions. Also the advantages and disadvantages of hollow and solid box girders are discussed. It provides reference for similar design.
