摘要
对新疆厚皮甜瓜金凤凰采后病害进行了分离、鉴定调查。从贮藏65天后的发病甜瓜中分离出3种真菌菌株,回接后,发现病症与自然发病症状一致,而且从接种病瓜上又重新分离得到了此病病原真菌。经鉴定和致病性确定,确认为链格孢属(Alternaria)、镰孢属(Fusarium)、青霉属(Penicillium),而且是该品种采后主要致腐病原真菌。
In this paper, sinkiang thick-skinned melon was studied. Through the separation of pathogenic fungi from the decay melon when stored for 65 d at cold storage, 3 bacterial strains were identified. It produced the same symptom as naturally infected melon when inoculated on thick-skinned melon with these isolates. It was shown that alternaria, fusarium, and penicillium were the main pathogenic fungi leading the decay of thick-skinned melon.
