摘要
根据重型装备用预应力钢丝的特殊使用要求,对预应力钢丝疲劳、应力松弛、常温蠕变、耐腐蚀等性能进行了研究。研究表明:预应力钢丝具有近无限疲劳使用寿命,回火态钢丝具有更高的应力松弛、常温蠕变和耐腐蚀性能。
According to the special requirements of heavy equipments on the pre-stressed steel wires, some properties of the pre-stressed wires, including the fatigue, stress relaxation, creep and erosion have been studied. This results show that the pre-stressed steel wires almost have the limitless lives. The steel wires in tempering state perform are better than in other states on some aspects, including the stress relaxation, normal creep and erosion.
