摘要
叙述了一种用于对回转体类零件形状进行自动非接触测量的激光扫描形状自动检测仪的总体结构及基本原理,并对其主要误差进行了理论分析,对仪器设计和提高仪器的测量精度起到了一定的作用。
In this paper, it is described the basic principle and total structure of the laser-scanning profile auto-measuring instrument. This instrument is used non-contact measurement of profile of rotating body types of parts. The main error of the instrument is theoretically analysed. They put the design of instrument and improvement the measurement accuracy of instrument in effect.
