应用预抽真空采样提高田间自动采气精度

Improving precision of automated gas sampling in the field by pre-vacuum method

摘要 为了提高农田温室气体自动采样精度,该文比较了田间自动连续测定系统观测温室气体通量过程中实际管道直接采样与预抽真空采样的差异,结果表明:管道预抽真空采样能显著减少分析时的样品量,缩短采样时间和减小采集气样与源气样的差异,提高了采样的精度。因此,预抽真空采样能显著提高农田温室气体自动观测的精度。 In order to improve precision of automated greenhouse gas sampling in the field, the differences between direct tube gas sampling and pre-vacuum gas sampling in the field automated continuous greenhouse gases measurement system were compared. The results show that, in comparison with direct sampling, the pre-vacuum sampling can dramatically decrease gas sampling volume, shorten sampling time, and minish the difference of gas sample and the source, and thus improve sampling precision. So the pre-vacuum sampling is much better than direct sampling in field automated greenhouse gases measurement system.
