摘要
目的:评估灯盏细辛治疗缺血性脑血管病的临床效果。方法:选择2004年1月～2007年1月在我院神经内科住院的缺血性脑血管病患者,在保证基本治疗基础上,随机分成灯盏细辛治疗组和安慰剂对照组,用药前采用Barthel指数评定两组患者神经功能缺损情况,确保两组在性别、年龄及神经功能缺损程度方面具有可比性。分别于用药后15d采用NIHSS量表、改良Rankin量表评定灯盏细辛注射液治疗缺血性脑血管病的有效性。结果:显示用药前两组NIHSS评分、改良Rankin量表评分无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组NIHSS评分、改良Rankin量表评分有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:结果提示灯盏细辛治疗缺血性脑血管病具有一定的临床效果。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of Dengzhanxixin in treating ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods： We selected the in-patients with isehemie cerebrovascular disease in our hospital from January 2004 to January 2007. All patients were given some basal therapy and were randomly divided into two groups, Dengzhanxixin therapy group and control group. With NIHSS scale and amendment Rankin scale, we evaluated the clinical effect of Dengzhanxixin in treating isehemic cerebrovaseular disease before therapy and after 15 days therapy. Results： There was no significantly different of NIHSS scale and amendment Rankin scale between two groups （P〉0.05）. NIHSS scale and amendment Rankin scale in Dengzhanxixin therapy group was much significantly better than that of in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The results suggested that Dengzhanxixin Was effective in treating ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
