摘要
目的：探讨前臂骨间背侧动脉逆行岛状皮瓣治疗手外伤的方法及疗效。方法：切取前臂骨间背侧动脉进行岛状皮瓣修复外伤致虎口软组织损伤5例，手背皮肤肌腱缺损12例，手掌部软组织缺损4例，手掌尺侧软组织缺损4例。结果：25例移植皮瓣中完全成活24例，恢复了手的功能及外形。结论：前臂骨间背侧动脉逆行岛状皮瓣是手部外伤修复和整形再造较为理想的皮瓣，临床上值得推广。
In order to study the method and effect of retrograde insular skin flaps of dorsal interosseous artens on forearm in hand injury,using these skin flaps,the authors have treated and repaired 5 cases with soft tissue injuries in tiger month orea, 12 cases with subcutaneous tendon defects in dorsum of hand,4 cases with soft tissue defects in palm and 4 cases with soft tissue defects in ulnar palm(totally, 25 cases). After operation,the transplanted skin flaps in 24 cases have survived completely,thereby recovered the hand contour and function. Then the authors realize that this kind of skin flaps is ideal in traumatic repair and plastic restoration in hand trauma,and is worth spreading in clinics certainhy.
