摘要
从2004年中国图书馆学会年会重塑百年精神到2007年中国图书馆学会新年峰会确定起草《图书馆服务宣言》,这是一段前后紧密相关、具有前因后果、学术界与实践界开始充分融合、理论与实践有机结合、核心价值逐步确立的历程,引发了中国图书馆事业的大发展。而作为核心价值研究的成果——《图书馆服务宣言》正是在这样的背景下诞生的,她既是一种水到渠成,又必将继续引领事业发展。
The author personally experience and witness the period of history that the Library Society of China rebuilt the spirit of a century at its annual meeting in 2004, and determined and drafted the Library Services Manifesto at its new year＇s peak meeting in 2007. This is the closely related history with cause and effect, in which the academic and practice community are fully integrated, the theory and practice are combined, and core values are established step by step, promoting the development of Chinese librarianship. As the research outcome of the core values, Library Services Manifesto comes out in this background; she is natural and will continue to lead the development of Chinese librarianship.
