摘要
目的建立毛细管气相色谱法测定连翘油中a-蒎烯的含量方法。方法采用GC-MS鉴定连翘油中的化学成分,样品经乙酸乙酯稀释,采用分流法进样,以DB-1毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm)为分析柱进行分离测定。结果气质联用法共确定了12种化学成分,α-蒎烯含量测定的平均回收率为100.1%(RSD=0.8%,n=6),重复性的RSD为0.9%(n=6)。结论本方法方便准确,可用于连翘油中α-蒎烯的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a capillary GC method for the determination of α-pinene in Fructus Forsythiae Oil extracted by SFE-CO2. METHODS The chemical constituents in oil were characterized by GC-MS, the solution was diluted by ethyl acetate, injected into GC by split injection model, and then separated in DB-1 capillary column (30 m×0.32 mm ×0.25 μm). RESULTS Twelve chemical constituents were identified by GC-MS. The average recovery of α-pinene was100.1% ( RSD was 0.8% ,n =6) , the repeatability RSD was 0.9% (n = 6). CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate, can be used to control the quality of Fruetus Forsythiae Oil.
