摘要
目的对赤雹果中的脂溶性化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法和IR,MS,NMR等波谱法进行分离鉴定。结果从赤雹石油醚提取部分分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为棕榈酸(1)、α-菠甾醇(2)、α-菠甾醇3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、三十烷醇(4)、α-菠甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷-6′-棕榈酸酯(5)。结论除棕榈酸以外,其他化合物均为首次从该植物中获得。
OBJECTIVE To study the fat-soluble chemical constituents from the fruit of Thladiantha dubia Bunge. METHODS The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatograph with silica gel and indentified by IR, MS, NMR spectroscopic analysis. RESULTS Five compounds were isolated from the fruit of Thladiantha dubia Bunge and identified as：palmitic acid （ 1 ）, α- spinasterol （ 2 ）, α-spinasteryl-3-O-β-D-glucoside （ 3 ）, tfiacontanol （ 4 ）, α-spinasteryl-3-O-β-D-glucoside-6＇-palmitate （ 5 ）. CONCLUSION Except for palmitic acid,other compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
