摘要
针对烧结生产复杂的物理化学反应进程,提出烧结终点预测模型和应用机尾烧结矿断面图像判断烧结终点的实际解决方法。在分步骤地解决烧结生产各个关键环节的在线检测和实现各个环节的智能控制的基础上,应用信息化、智能化技术集成各个控制环节,构成烧结生产过程的综合智能控制系统。
Sintering production is a complex process with physical and chemical reaction. It is based on stepby-step solving the online check and intelligence control problems of each key section in the sinter production, which firstly accomplish the intelligence control of each section. Then by integrating the informationbased and intelligentized technology with each control section, the integrated intelligence control system is constructed in the sinter production process.
