摘要
在磷酸酸性条件下,用凯氏定氮仪代替传统的蒸馏装置对样品进行蒸馏,吸收液中的甲醛与乙酰丙酮作用生成稳定的黄色化合物,在波长435nm处进行比色定量。用该法测定水发产品中的甲醛含量,测定的相对标准偏差≤2.31%(n=5),回收率为95.9%-101.0%。结果满意。
Formaldehyde product was distilled using by distillation unit and an aliquot of the distillate was treated with acetylacetone to form a stable yellow colored compound which had its absorption maxima at 435 nm. It was successfully applied in the determination of formaldehyde content in watefishlogged product.
