摘要
运用主基因一多基因模型分离分析法对低磷土壤条件下玉米082×掖107组合的须根数的P1、P2、F1、F2和F2∶3五世代联合遗传分析,结果表明:玉米须根数遗传符合一对加性主基因+加性显性多基因模型(D-2)。玉米须根数是由1对独立主基因控制的加性遗传,主基因遗传率为19.71%,但是微效多基因的遗传力大于主基因的遗传力,多基因控制的玉米须根数遗传力为75.06%,可见,玉米082×掖107组合须根数的遗传主要由微效基因控制。表明,以基因重组或聚合为基础的杂交育种方法仍然是改良玉米须根数的基本方法。
Under deficient phosphorus, inheritance of fiber root number (FN) in families from the cross of 082 × Ye107 was investigated by the mixed major gene plus poly-gene inheritance model of quantitative traits. The results showed that FN in the cross was controlled by a major genes and minor gene ( the D-2 model). Heritability value of the major genes was estimated as 19.71% ,while the effects of multi genes was 75.06 %. The value of effects of the major gone were lower than that of the minor gene. Thus,it was possible to breed high FN maize cultivars by recombining and aggregating high FN parents and handling segregating generation .
