摘要
目的:总结分析嗜铬细胞瘤的临床特点,提高嗜铬细胞瘤的诊治水平。方法:回顾性分析赤峰市医院和赤峰学院附属医院1983年1月～2008年4月所有病理诊断为嗜铬细胞瘤的32例患者的临床资料。结果:32例患者均经手术治疗。良性29例,恶性3例;肾上腺原发肿瘤28例,异位嗜铬细胞瘤4例。结论:完善检查手段可提高嗜铬细胞瘤的检出率,确诊需病理检查,手术是根治的方法。
Objective：To sum up and analysis the clinical characteristics of chromaffinoma, to advance the diagnosis and treatment of chromaffinoma. Methods： 32 patients of chromaffinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology from 1983 to 2008 were retrospectively analysed. Results： 32 cases of chromaffinoma were treated by surgery operation. 29 cases were benign and 3 adrenal were malignant; 28 cases were adrenal chromaffinoma, 4 cases extraadrenal chromaffinoma. Conclusions： ticulous examinations are helpful to diagnosis. It must be confirmed by pathology after surgery operation. Surgery is its essential treatment
