摘要 选取煤灰使主要成分为SiO2、Al2O3、CaO、Fe2O3、Na2O,以模拟神华煤灰。利用灰熔点测定仪测定弱还原气氛下各种配比的煤灰熔融特征温度,以表征煤灰的熔融性,主要了解CaO含量对煤灰熔融性的影响。模拟结果表明,CaO对灰熔点起显著作用,在不同的含量范围内,作用表现不同。调整CaO含量可提高煤灰熔点。 The main components of choised coal ash are SiO2, Al2O3, CaO, Fe2O3, and Na2O, so as to simulate the ash of shenhua coal. The characteristic temperature of coal ash with various match ratio under feeble reduction atomosphere has been determined by using the melting point apparatus,mainly to know the influence of CaO content upon the meltability of coal ash. Results of simulation show that the CaO affecting remarkably the melting point of ash,and different manifestation of effect occurs in different range of CaO content. The melting point of coal ash can be enhanced by adjusting the CaO content.
